1 Damatta fine pork sausage
50 g chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, chopped
300 g peas
Bay leaf
30 g tomato, cubed
2 mint leaves
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the onion and garlic in a pan with a little olive oil, add the peas and another 1 dl of water or stock. Finally, add the tomato cubes and mint leaves.
Grill the fine pork sausage and garnish with the stewed peas.
